The Fertility Awareness Meetup is a bimonthly women’s group that meets at the Cambridge Women’s Center to discuss natural birth control options, including Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) and Natural Family Planning (NFP). The meetup group will provide a space where women can connect with peers, access information, pose questions, request resources, and share experiences. The group is open to all women, regardless of background, sexual orientation, relationship status, you name it, and includes those who are considering using natural birth control and those already familiar with sympto-thermal methods, as well as those who are interested in using these methods to learn more about their health and bodies. For more information on fertility awareness, see: http://www.fertaware.com/awareness.html. The group is facilitated by Krystina Friedlander, an herbalist and childbirth doula, and Anna Churchill, Fertility Awareness Educator in-training, both of whom are FAM practitioners and who believe there is a need for more information and support for the many awesome women who use FAM.
Upcoming Meetings: November 21, 2013, 6:00 – 7:00 pm at the Cambridge Women’s Center
